In spite of all of the emphasis today on doing business at a distance via phone, cell phone, email, Internet and fax, there are still some things that work better face to face. In that category we must place presentations of all types. Staff meetings, board meetings, sales meetings, team meetings, investor’s forum, you name it – when you must inform key decision makers efficiently and effectively, there is no substitute for a compelling presentation. Unfortunately, many of us are intimidated at the idea of getting up in front of a group, especially with important decisions on the line. It doesn’t have to be this way.

 
 

We have designed our Effective Presentation Skills workshop to provide you with the tools you need to deliver highly effective presentations with confidence and style. Of course, we cover the all the basics – projection, enunciation, posture, etc. But we also help you to develop the 1-2-3 punch of content, tone of voice and body language that is the secret of professional speakers and journalists. We even help you understand different personality types and what each type is unconsciously listening for.

This Two (2) days program will be challenging, thought provoking, motivational and above all fun. Candidates will use a variety of learning tools including workshops, games, real life scenarios, workshops and open learning.

Day 2

 
 

1. Strategizing Your Presentation

 
 

· Use & assess brain processor types / audience personalities and other techniques to organize thoughts and resources for content development

 
 

· Create instant rapport with the audience to ensure a comfortable setting

 
 

2. Presenting with Visuals

 
 

· Create visuals that enhance the clarity of your ideas

 
 

· Present them with confidence and conviction

 
 

· Harness the dynamics of a good power-point presentation

 
 

· Understand key principles in influencing audience attention through well designed power-point presentations

 
 

· Use key tools of power-point to deliver, manage and maximize presentation flow and effectiveness

 
 

3. Using Psychology to enhance your presentation effectiveness

 
 

· Understand the genetic brain makeup and motivation drive of the audience

 

· Develop presentations with increased acceptance and buy-in

 

· Leverage of the decision maker psychological mindset to deliver effectively

 

4. Managing & influencing the audience

 

· Control the flow of information and handle challenging questions

 
 

· Manage awkward and difficult situations during the presentation with confidence

RM 1,750 seminar fee, with additional RM 200 discount ( if you register 30 days before event close date )
