Zamri is the author of the books Mengapa Gagal Menjual [Why Do You Fail in Selling], Mengajar Jurujual Menari [Teaching Salesmen to Dance], Nota Kejayaan [Success Notes] and Take 5! Ingatan Unttuk Jurujual [Take 5! Reminders for Salesmen]. Zamri is the General Manager of Charisma Training & Consultancy (M) Sdn. Bhd. and has a vast experience in marketing and sales of academic products and training. 

A graduate in accounting from HTM and UUM, Zamri has lectured in the area of accounting and worked as a chartered accountant before being involved in his current field. He has also held positions such as General Manager in ICCE and the IIUM Entrepreneurship & Consultancies Sdn. Nhd. (IEC), a child company to IIUM Holdings owned fully by UIAM. Zamri actively gives motivational talks on sales and is often called to be involved in providing input concerning sales to ministries and also business entities.

Zamri is a registered PSMB trainer and spends his time giving seminars, workshops and training in sales, marketing, customer service and entrepreneurship with using the right and professional methods.
