With over 30 years of sales, corporate and entrepreneurial experience, Murray holds a Masters degree in Training and Coaching with Middlesex University, UK. He is also a certified NLP Practitioner and Coach with INLPTA, Certified Master Performance Coach with International Coach Federation, a Deloitte module trainer for the Graduates Employability Management Scheme, Diploma in TESOL – (Attendance) and a certified Perbangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB) Trainer.

Murray started his working career as a teacher with the Ministry of Education. Before joining the training and development, he worked in other industries namely hospitality, industrial maintenance, retail, financial services and office automation. Before pursuing his vocation as a Trainer 10 years ago, Murray was in sales for more than 20 years. His last employment was in the sales division of a leading MNC in the Office Automation industry. His 15 years’ experience with the company included Key Account management, marketing high-ticket solutions and developing client business.

Among the industries Murray conducted his training with are: the pharmaceutical, healthcare, banking, retail, automobile, manufacturing, IT, telecommunications, insurance, property, entertainment, education, Armed Forces and printing industry. Murray is an industry expert in Consultative Selling and Key Account Management.
