Alex commands over 25 years of experience – as a developer (programmer), system analyst, project manager, pre-sales, service managers and later in his career with almost 10 years of experience heading the professional consultants team in management, consulting service sales and strategic planning.

Some of the companies Alex have led a team of consultants with a profitable business are Avnet Azure Technologies Sdn Bhd  (one of IBM’s Largest Distributors) and SAS Malaysia Sdn Bhd (Malaysia No. 1 Business Intelligence Solutions provider).

A graduate from Deakin University, Australia, Alex obtained a double major in Marketing Management and Computer Science. He is a person who believes constant development and learning should be given to the staff of the organisation as the people are the greatest assets to an organisation.

As a hands-on and people oriented person, Alex has trained, coached and mentored many consultants in his team who now has assumed leading roles in the ICT (Information, Communications & Technology) areas for the Financial, Manufacturing and Distribution Industries.

During his leadership roles in managing the consulting team of SAS Malaysia, he has driven the team to contribute consulting services revenue up to 50% of the company annual revenue for 4 conservative years. He is the first to implement in Asia the SAS’s worldwide initiative to grow business through partner channels focusing on partner’s enablement in solutions and consulting practice.
